Funeral/Bereavement

“I am the resurrection and the life. Those who believe in me, even though they die will live, and everyone who believes in me will never die.” John 11:25-26

Who do you call to obtain information regarding funerals at Holy Family?

We, at Holy Family, know that the death of a loved one can be a time of great pain, confusion, sadness and loss. Please be assured that our family of faith is here to offer you comfort and support. At the death of a loved one, please contact the Funeral Home of your choice and they will walk you through all the necessary decisions during this difficult time. The Funeral Home will then get in touch with the Parish of your choice to schedule the funeral date.

Although death brings a deep sense of sadness and loss, faith can provide solace and strength. This time offers an opportunity to encounter God in a new way and to deepen our belief in God’s love for us and for our loved one.  It is time for us to support and console one another, especially in our belief in the promise and gift of eternal life.

For a Memorial Service with no body present, or if you have the cremated remains,

please call the Parish Office at 310-834-6333 to make arrangements.
